ALL registered voters are allowed to Vote by Mail to cast their ballot prior to election day. Voters can request a vote by mail ballot through the mail or in person.

General Election – November 6, 2018
- First day to file and application for a vote by mail ballot is August 8, 2018. All requests by mail must be received by November 1, 2018
- Last day for voter registration by deputy registrars: October 9, 2018
- Last day for voters to register through the State Board of Elections website: October 21, 2018
- First day of early voting in IL: September 27, 2018 (Check your county for more specifics)
- Last day of early voting: November 5, 2018
- Last day to vote in person: November 6, 2018. Polls open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm
